FUNDAMENTALS COURSE
At TakeOver Athletics, we believe in setting our athletes up for long-term success right from the start.
Our On Ramp Fundamentals Course designed for those new to this type of training, ensuring you’re well-prepared to join our daily workouts.
The course is held over the span of two weeks, with four total sessions held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM at London Bridge with one of our expert coaches.
On Ramp Fundamentals Course includes 1 month of unlimited group class access, an initial nutrition briefing + goal setting, a 30-60-90 day goal review, and course completion certificate.
This approach allows you to understand our training style, ask specific questions, and build a solid foundation for your fitness journey.
