1. What are your hours of operation?

2. How do I sign up for a membership?
Answer: You can sign up for a membership online by first visiting the location page for which you’d like to sign up. You can also sign up in-person at any of our four locations. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the sign-up process and answer any questions you may have.
3. Do you offer personal training services?
Answer: Yes, we offer personalized training programs tailored to your fitness goals. Our certified trainers are available for one-on-one sessions, semi-private training, and group classes. Learn more about personal training here.
4. What types of group fitness classes do you offer?
Answer: We offer a group CrossFit classes for adults, teens and kids…as well as other specialty classes. Each locations’ class schedule is available on their respective location page.
5. Is there a membership best suited for beginners?
Answer: Yes, we offer an On Ramp Fundamentals Course for those who are new to this style of training, or those who are looking to get a refresher. This course includes 1 month of unlimited group classes. Learn more about On Ramp here.
6. What amenities are available at your facilities?
Answer: Our facilities offer 24/7 access, group fitness classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, food and beverage snack bar, supplements and more. Specific amenities may vary by location.
7. How can I update my membership information or billing details?
Answer: You can update your membership information and billing details through your online account portal on our website or by contacting our membership director.
8. Do you offer programs for kids and teens?
Answer: Yes, we offer specialized fitness programs for kids and teens to promote healthy habits and physical activity. Please visit our youth program page for more information.
9. Can I bring a guest to work out with me?
Answer: Members can bring guests to work out with them if they have registered online as a Free Trial and thus have completed a waiver.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: We require two-weeks’ written notice via email to pause, skip or cancel any payments or memberships. Please refer to your membership agreement or contact our membership director regarding cancellations and any applicable fees.
11. Do you offer corporate wellness programs?
Answer: Yes, we offer corporate wellness programs tailored to meet the needs of businesses and their employees. Contact us to learn more about our corporate wellness offerings and how we can support your team’s health and fitness goals.
12. Are there any discounts available for memberships?
Answer: We offer discounts on memberships for active duty military, first responders, nurses, teachers and full-time students. We also offer discounts for family add-ons to full priced memberships. Please visit contact our membership director to receive discounted membership.
13. What measures are you taking to ensure safety and cleanliness?
Answer: We prioritize the health and safety of our members by maintaining rigorous cleaning protocols and ensuring all equipment and facilities are sanitized regularly. Additionally, we provide sanitizing wipes throughout the facility for member use.
