At TakeOver Athletics, we are dedicated to fostering a love for fitness and healthy living in the next generation. Our youth programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and educational, helping kids and teens build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and stay active.

With a variety of activities tailored to different age groups and fitness levels, there’s something for everyone.

YOUTH PROGRAMS

  • Week-long camps offered seasonally throughout the year to improve strength and power, conditioning, durability and resiliency.

    SUMMER CAMPS:

    10AM-12PM

    Ages 4-12

    $125/Child

    Week 4: August 4-8
